Commerce
Commerce brings online and in-person sales together, with one catalog and shared inventory. This guide covers what to prepare, how setup works and which plan does what. Signed-in Commerce customers also have a detailed help centre with articles matched to their plan.
Set it up, step by step
- Prepare your products and paymentsGather your product information and decide how you take payments. Commerce uses your own connected payment account; Adiuvo does not hold your payouts, and processing fees are set by your provider.
- Connect payments and add a productConnect your payment account, add your first product and publish a menu for your storefront.
- PresentBuild the storefront around products, pages and promotions, including coupons and subscriptions.
- SellSell from the same catalog online and, on plans that include it, at the counter. In-person payments need compatible card-reader hardware, which we confirm with you before setup.
- ContinueUse orders and abandoned carts to guide follow-up.
Which plan does what
- Solo is an online store plan.
- Growth and Pro add in-person selling, more products and orders, and more staff accounts.
- Agency plans are for building and running client stores.
- Current prices and limits are on the Commerce pricing page.
Payments and fees
- Payments go through your connected payment account.
- Processing fees are charged by your payment provider and are separate from your Commerce plan.
